1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong product, you do not need to return it. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
To claim this, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@casaday.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Proof: Include your Order Number, Photo of Casaday’s Official Receipt and a clear Photo or Video showing the damage or defect.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 24-48 hours.
2. Change of Mind / Sizing Issues
Please review your order carefully before purchasing, especially for items with specific dimensions (like bedsheets, sofa covers, curtains, or DIY kits).
Because we strive to offer the best prices by shipping directly from our manufacturers, we generally do not accept returns for “Change of Mind” or if you simply chose the wrong size.
- Exception: If the item is significantly different from the description on our website, we will review this on a case-by-case basis.
3. Order Cancellations
We pride ourselves on fast processing. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it.
