By participating in the CasaDay.Shop Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Relationship: You are becoming an affiliate of CasaDay.Shop, and these terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and CasaDay.Shop. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate activities comply with these terms.
2. Commission: As an affiliate, you are eligible to earn a commission of 7% on eligible sales generated through your unique referral link. This commission will be calculated based on the total bill after any applicable discounts have been applied.
3. Minimum Cash Out: To be eligible for cashing out your earnings, you must accumulate a minimum balance of ₱500 in your affiliate account.
4. Cash Out Processing Time: Once you have reached the minimum cash-out amount, CasaDay.Shop will process your payment within 10 business days. We’ll contact you via email to request your GCash account information to facilitate the commission payment. It is crucial to provide the correct GCash number, as correction requests after payment has been made will not be entertained. Payments will be sent to the provided GCash account. Please ensure the accuracy of your GCash account information to avoid any payment issues.
5. Cache: Your referral link will be cached for a duration of 30 days. This means that users who click on your affiliate link will be tracked as your referrals for a 30-day period.
6. Geographic Eligibility: Participation in the CasaDay.Shop Affiliate Program is primarily limited to residents of the Philippines. However, if you are in another country, you may still participate provided that you have a valid GCash account for commission payments. It’s important to note that as an affiliate, you can only promote CasaDay.Shop to customers in the Philippines.
7. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your affiliate login credentials and GCash Payment account information. Any fraudulent complaints or activities related to your affiliate account will not be entertained, and CasaDay.Shop reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program.
8. Commissions Voided: Commissions earned on sales that are later cancelled or refunded by customers will be voided, and these amounts will be deducted from your affiliate account balance.
9. Social Media Posting: When promoting CasaDay.Shop on social media platforms, you must adhere to the respective terms and conditions of those platforms. You are prohibited from engaging in any misleading, offensive, or inappropriate advertising practices. Additionally, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with CasaDay.Shop in your promotional posts.
10. Anti-Spam Policy: You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of spamming to promote CasaDay.Shop. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited emails, automated messages, or any other form of spam. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
11. Termination: CasaDay.Shop reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. If your participation is terminated, all unpaid commissions in your account will be forfeited.
12. Modifications: CasaDay.Shop may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay updated on any changes.

By participating in the CasaDay.Shop Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. CasaDay.Shop reserves the right to take legal action against affiliates who engage in fraudulent or unethical practices. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the CasaDay.Shop Affiliate Program.
